O.S.C.A. 1600 GT Zagato chassis 101

Thanks to one of our website enthusiasts we received two pictures of an O.S.C.A. 1600 GT Zagato at the 1989 Walter Mitty classic car event at Road Atlanta.  This car exhibits several irregularities including what appears to be a fiberglass front section made to look like a Competizioni or prototype model.  The spacing between the rear Carello tail lights does not look correct.  The car also has different steel wheels, racing seats, a roll cage and other track-oriented changes.

The gentleman who submitted the pictures believes the owner was Robert Pass (Passport Transportion).  Thanks to a website visitor who confirms it is chassis 101.

Just found your site via Bring a Trailer dot com where another OSCA is being presented for sale. The unidentified car here appears to sit on standard issue Volvo wheels used in production from about 1972 to 1975. Interesting to me is how nice they look on this car compared to how little I like them on a Volvo!
